The Bill Fleeman Draft Night Presented
by Coca-Cola and Premier Concepts
March 9, 2009
6:30 p.m.– 8:30 p.m.
The Bill Fleeman Draft Night is the
official sneak preview and celebration
for the 600 community volunteers and
corporate leaders supporting
EAS
RazorFest. This is a night the
community comes together to “celebrate
Kids and those who serve them.”
Bill Fleeman, which Draft Night was in
honor of, was an explorer and
dreamer. He explored ideas with a
passion and if he believed in something,
he would be relentless in pursuing it.
Bill was a dreamer—always believing
there would be something at the end of
the rainbow. Bill’s very close friend,
the late Nan Smith, quoted Mark Twain to
reflect the essence of Bill’s spirit, “
Mark Twain once said, ‘Twenty years from
now, you will be more disappointed by
the things you didn’t do than the ones
you did do. So throw off the
bowlines. Sail away from the safe
harbor. Catch the trade winds in your
sails. Explore. Dream.’”
Bill Fleeman believed that ALL children
should have the privilege and
opportunity to explore, to dream, and to
catch the trade winds in their sails.
Bill’s loving wife, Jeannie, and her
family, are deeply committed to keeping
alive Bill’s legacy and passion that all
children should ‘catch the tradewinds in
their sails.” In his honor and memory,
the Jeannie Fleeman Family celebrates
Bill’s legacy by sponsoring the Bill
Fleeman Draft Night---a night the
community comes together to “celebrate
Kids and those who serve them.” The
Bill Fleeman Draft Night is the official
sneak preview and celebration for well
over 600 community volunteers and
corporate leaders who are making
significant contributions to the
forthcoming community event: EAS
RazorFest.
